Day after the Volkslauf trial day

Well yesterday started off at 3:30 am. By 4:08 I was out in front of Lerdo Prison waiting for people to show up. Well we got started by a jog which I interupted by a potty break by the time I got out. They were long gone down the road did not feel like trying to catch up to them at 4 in the morning. So when they got back we went to the obstacles. From these obstacles. I got scrapes, bruises and lots of pain. These obstacles are most def. hard. Way high but with help I was able to do them all. I am probably exagerating but the parrell bars look to me to be 9 feet tall. I can't reach that high what are they thinking.
